Chicken Chop with Mushroom sauce

Our dinner last nite was as above. I bought the boneless chicken thighs from the nearest wet market. Actually I requested it to be boneless, pakcik yg jual ayam tu tau je cemana nak buat kan..so dia buang tulang tu mcm cantik je isi..if I did it on my own rasanya hancurla isi ayam tu gamaknya. He's the expert anyway. The idea utk buat chicken chop tu mmg dah dari weekend hari tu la..Resipi tak tengok memana main taram je la..so, if u all wish to follow..and kalau sedap ok la tu..if not..u guys must search for other recipe la..

So, how I did was like below:
1. Clean up the boneless chicken thigh, then marinate with a dash of salt, pepper(ground), paprika (ground) and Lea & Perrins( quite generous). Rub thoroughly.
2. Beat 2 eggs in separate bowl, then put the bread crumbs and flour in another separate bowl.
3. Heat up the oil in your wok or any of your pan for deep frying, then get the marinated thigh and coated with the beaten egg, then into the flour then coat with the bread crumbs.
4. Fry till cook and golden brown.

*Ready to serve with fries/ wedges, salad etc.

My mushroom sauce is the simple version but according to my tastebud its tasty..hehehhehe..sapa lagi nak puji kakakaka..
1/2 labu bawang besar- di potong kiub
5-6 biji cendawan butang- di hiris nipis- separuh lagi di hancurkan
sedikit tpg gandum
stok ayam
1 bj kiub ayam
Lea & Perrins
Garam secukup rasa
sedikit mentega
air

Cara2:
Panaskan butter hingga mencair, kemudian tumis bawang besar hingga naik bau.
Kalau suka boleh tambah oregano yg kasar.
Kemudian masukkan tpg gandum kacau hingga kecoklatan, then masukkan stok ayam dan kiub ayam. Masukkan cendawan butang. Sos L&P dan garam secukup rasa.
Dah mendidih tutup api dan hidang.
