Bingka Ubi

Malam tadi buat bingka ubi based on resepi dari one of my nyonya cookbooks. Follow 100% the recipe tapi in terms of rupa macam tak berapa best la coz tak cukup garing. Tapi rasa ok la..but I think I should increase the oven temperature. Next time kena try lagi la nih. Ubi kayu sumbangan mak mentua. Ubi kayu ni jenis ubi putih so bila buat bengkang ni pucat sikit. Resepi later ye.

aku pun..tapi mlm td x menjadi la...oven aku tu demam ka? nerves nih..takkan nak kena invest len kot..aduuuuu..jgn. I luv u oven!
