Chicken Filled Pohpia

Sekarang ni musim malam tak makan nasik. So, I made some snacks to munch. Masing2 kenyang makan time lunch tu yg malas nak masak tu...nanti tak dimakan. Bila teringat kat fridge ada kulit popia lagi walaupun dah keras kejong, I kukuskan balik bagi dia lembut. Tak mau membazir dah la ni...then rebus dada ayam, siat2 isinya, then campurkan dgn mayo and serbuk lada sulah, pas2 susun la macam kat bawah ni, daun salad, isi ayam, carrot rebus/ stim dan timun. Then, gulung macam popia. I used to goreng this stuff tapi kalau pakai rice paper tu tak payah la goreng kan...lebih healthy. Kalau pakai kulit popia ni mcm tak reti ja nak makan mentah2...sebab tu chek gorengkan dia walaupun sekejap.
Ni rupa dia kat dalam.
