Mini Sosej Roll


Last Saturday, I made this for a good friend of mine who organised a birthday party for her only daughter. She requested for mini sausage roll.. I agreed since I was still in the mood of making bread......Sangat2 suka dgn outcomenya eventhough saya ammend the recipe a bit.

Recipe from Chef Alex Goh; saya cuma guna his basic sweet dough recipe. Saya guna rule 45- 15- 30 utk dapatkan roti yg lembut.

Bahan2:

480gm tpg roti
120g tpg gandum
1/2sdt garam
4sdt yis
50g gula
1sdb water roux
200ml air sejuk
1 bj telur
30g butter (saya guna 2sdb)
Sosej secukupnya (di rebus)

Cara2:

Ratakan semua bahan2 kering kemudian buat lubang di tengah2 then masukkan telur dan air.
Uli hingga jadi doh, then masukkan butter dan uli lagi hingga tak melekat di tangan.
Tutup doh dgn cling wrap selama 45minit atau hingga double the size.
Kemudian punch kan doh utk membuang angin then divide bulat2 (utk mini sosej ni saya timbang 30g setiap satu). Perap lagi selama 15min, then gulungkan dgn sosej dan letak atas dulang pembakar. Biarkan lagi selama 30min dan sapu dgn egg wash dan taburkan bijan.
Bakar pada suhu 190deg Celcius selama 12- 15min.
Dan siap masak sapu bun dgn butter untuk jadikan dia berkilat.
