Chiffon Cheesecake

Malam tadi tak boleh tidur dek kerana penangan membaca sebuah buku ni (next n3 kita citer). So, pukul 12.30 tgh malam mommy still kat dapo dok godek kek nih.. Nasib baik bahannya simple, membuatnya pun sempoi dan rasa tetap memang ngam dgn tekak eden ni hah...Tengkiu to Mr Chef- Alex Goh dgn ciptaannya yg memang best dan tak pernah mengecewakan tukang masak amatur nih..Hajat di hati nak buat Chiffon Oren tapi dok pikir apa tah lupa nak letak sunquick..So, plain chiffon je lah..My mould quite big for this recipe, so nampak macam bantat sket kan. Recipe as below:

A: 60g milk- I'm using fresh milk
40g cream cheese
25g butter
* double boiled until thicken
B: 65g flour- I'm using superfine
* Mix with A until smooth
C: 4 egg yolks
* Mix with A + B until well combined
D: Whipped 4 egg whites until foamy then add in
100g caster sugar + pinch of salt + 1/8 cream of tar tar. Whipped well then transfer into A, B & C mixture and fold with hand until combined.
Pour into chiffon tin and bake in preheated oven at 175 deg C for 35- 40minutes (I baked for 40 minutes). Then remove from oven & cool upside down.
