Seafood Canai Roll

Dinner kitorang malam tadi seafood canai roll. I'm using instant paratha brand Kawan.
'Intinya' made from imitate crab stick and boiled prawn. Mix together with mayonaise and black pepper and squeeze a small wedge of lime and mix thoroughly. Then line the cooked paratha with a slice of lettuce, spoon generously the 'inti', then put some slice tomatoes, slices of cucumber and slices of jalapeno chillies, squeeze some thousand island and chilli ketchup. Then roll the canai and cut into 4 portions. Ready to serve.
