Banana Muffin

Malam tadi since tak masak utk dinner, I baked some muffins. Paginya p market, mmg dah niat kalau ada pisang emas nak beli utk buat muffin. Luckily ada pisang yg di cari tu. Kat rumah ada 1 tub sour cream yg dh kt hujung nyawa dah tp masih belum di pakai lagi...cadangnya nak buat cheese cake tp mood belum mari..so saya punya google la utk banana muffin yg pakai sour cream. Jadi ini la dianya...........Banana Muffin from Martha Stewart. Sedap, lembut dan moist(dah pakai sour cream tu mestila moist kan) Lets look at the recipe......yummmyyy!!!


Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas (saya pakai 5 bijik)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1 large egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour- I just used all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsd baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1tbsp vanilla essence

How to do:
1. Mash bananas, then add all liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Dalam satu bowl lain, masukkan semua bahan2 kering. Make well in the center then masukkan all the liquid ingredients. Mix them, then spoon into paper cup.
3. Bake 180C for 20 min.
